Once Adapt Outdoors accepts your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel any upcoming payments and refund amounts already paid. This will reflect immediately in the Klarna app.

Klarna will retry payment two days after a failed attempt. If it fails again, you’ll receive a statement for the full amount, due in 15 days. Klarna will notify you two days in advance. Your credit score will not be affected, even if you miss a payment.

Yes. You can view all Klarna purchases and your payment schedule in the Klarna app or at klarna.com/uk.

Yes. Payment data is securely processed by Klarna. No card details are shared with or stored by Adapt Outdoors. All transactions are encrypted.

You’ll receive an email and app notification when a payment is due and again when it's received. If unsure, check your Klarna app or login at klarna.com/uk.

Once your return is confirmed by Adapt Outdoors, Klarna will update your statement. For partial returns, payments are adjusted. For full returns, all future payments are cancelled and previous ones refunded. Track everything in the Klarna app.

Once the store confirms your cancellation or return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are returned to the original debit or credit card used at checkout.
