You have 28 days from receiving your order to return items in original condition — clean, unused, and with all tags attached.
How to return an item
Just include your order details and send the item back to us in its original condition.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- All tags and labels still attached
- Return within 28 days of receiving your order
- Include your name, order number & contact details
A quick note
- You don’t need to email us first for standard returns
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service
- To make returns easier, you may use our
DPD returns portal.
A £3.95 fee will be deducted from your refund
Refunds
We aim to process refunds quickly once the return and due refund amount has been verified.
- Returns are usually processed within 2 weeks
- Banks typically take 3–5 business days to show the refund
Exchanges
Need a different size, colour, or style?
- Order the replacement item online
- Send the original back for a refund
- This ensures you get the right item quickly
(Klarna orders cannot be exchanged — refunds only)
Faulty or warranty issues
If something’s not right, let us know — we’ll help get it sorted.
- Use our Faulty Returns Form before posting anything back
- Include your order number, description, and photos
- Sometimes items may need to go for inspection (up to 4 weeks)
- If a fault is confirmed, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund

Returns must be clean, dry, and free from dirt.
