You have 28 days from receiving your order to return items in original condition — clean, unused, and with all tags attached.

How to return an item

Just include your order details and send the item back to us in its original condition.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• All tags and labels still attached
• Return within 28 days of receiving your order
• Include your name, order number & contact details

A quick note

• You don’t need to email us first for standard returns
• We recommend using a tracked delivery service
• To make returns easier, you may use our DPD returns portal. A £3.95 fee will be deducted from your refund

Refunds

We aim to process refunds quickly once the return and due refund amount has been verified.

• Returns are usually processed within 2 weeks
• Banks typically take 3–5 business days to show the refund

Exchanges

Need a different size, colour, or style?

• Order the replacement item online
• Send the original back for a refund
• This ensures you get the right item quickly

(Klarna orders cannot be exchanged — refunds only)

Faulty or warranty issues

If something’s not right, let us know — we’ll help get it sorted.

• Use our Faulty Returns Form before posting anything back
• Include your order number, description, and photos
• Sometimes items may need to go for inspection (up to 4 weeks)
• If a fault is confirmed, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund

Returns must be clean, dry, and free from dirt.

• Used or soiled items can't be processed
• We will return unclean items to you
