1. General

These terms govern all transactions with Adapt Outdoors Ltd. They don’t affect your statutory rights. We may update content without notice. Please also refer to our Privacy Policy and Security Policy.

2. Products & Orders

All items are subject to availability. Stock updates in real-time, but errors can occur.
Colour and images are matched as closely as possible but may vary due to screen settings.
Orders placed before 11:00 am usually ship the same day; later orders may still ship the same day when possible.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays ship the next working day.
Order confirmations are sent via email but are not binding until dispatch.

3. Pricing

Prices include VAT but exclude delivery charges.
We may adjust prices due to supplier changes, taxes, or errors.
If pricing errors occur, we’ll contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order. We’re not obliged to honour incorrect prices.

4. Discounts & Promotions

Promotions are limited-time and may be withdrawn at any time.
Discounts apply to RRP. Coupon codes can’t be combined or used on Arc'teryx or sale items unless stated.
Shop and online promotions may differ; each location is not required to honour the other’s pricing.

5. Payment Methods

Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta, Visa Electron
PayPal: Items ship to the verified PayPal address only.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving goods, per UK Distance Selling Regulations. Email: customerservices@adaptoutdoors.com with your order number. If already shipped, follow our Returns Policy to return the item.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Unhappy with your purchase? You can return it if it’s unsuitable or unwanted. See full details on our Returns Page.

8. Liability

Activities like climbing, mountaineering, and cycling involve risks. It’s your responsibility to understand proper techniques and accept all associated risks when using our products.

9. Emails

We don’t send spam. Marketing emails go only to customers who didn’t opt out before December 2003 or opted in afterward.

10. Feedback & Complaints

We aim to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly.

11. Age-Restricted Products

Items like knives and gas are only sold to those 18+ via in-store or click & collect. ID is required on collection. We reserve the right to refuse sales if we suspect misuse or legal non-compliance.
