We are open on the following days of the Christmas holiday. Place your online orders as early as possible (see below).

What's the situation regarding getting my order before Christmas?

To be safe, customers are recommended to place their orders by the following times:

For Premium Delivery:

11:00am Friday 20th December 2024

For Royal Mail Delivery:

11:00am Thursday 19th December 2024

For Click & Collect at our Williamson Street shop:

12 noon, Monday 23rd December 2024

What if I order for delivery after the above dates/times?

You may indeed get lucky and get your delivery before Christmas but it will be at your own risk, you'll be at the mercy of the Christmas rush which is crazy every year,.

Delivery drivers affected by the Christmas rush

Pretty much all delivery companies across the country will be affected and the Christmas rush — as millions of people and businesses in the country rush to place orders. This rush has a knock-on effect and the surge in orders can cause delays.

Christmas extended returns
(until 12th Jan)

For purchases from 14 November until Christmas Eve, customers have until 12th January 2023 to make a return for an exchange, credit note or refund (subject to our terms and conditions which can be read here).

Online purchases

Returns, refunds or exchanges of unwanted item(s) purchased online will only be accepted where:

• proof of purchase can be provided;
• the item(s) are in a saleable condition with tags, labels and packaging intact (i.e. the items and packaging are not damaged, soiled, used, lost, worn or in a condition different to what the customer received them in).

In-store purchases

We do not offer refunds on reduced items sold in-store but we can offer an exchange or a credit note if you wish to return a reduced item.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, credit notes for unwanted item(s) purchased in-store will only be accepted where:

• proof of purchase can be provided;
• the item(s) are in a saleable condition with tags, labels and packaging intact (i.e. the items and packaging are not damaged, soiled, used, lost, worn or in a condition different to what the customer received them in).
